The Pro Service Plan
Most AC breakdowns in the middle of a hot July weekend started as a small problem back in March that nobody noticed. A spring AC tune-up helps catch those issues before the summer heat arrives, and members of our Pro Service Plan also receive a fall heating visit as part of their coverage.
The plan includes priority scheduling, member pricing on repairs, and the maintenance records manufacturers often want for warranty claims. We’ll even reach out when it’s time for service, so you don’t have to keep track of the calendar yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most air conditioners last around eight to 10 years with regular maintenance, while heat pumps typically last around eight years. Their lifespan depends on how hard the system has been working and whether it received annual service. If your system is reaching that range and starting to struggle, it’s worth having the conversation before it gives out completely.
A few different problems can cause this: a frozen evaporator coil from low refrigerant or a dirty filter, an electrical issue with the outdoor unit, or a thermostat stuck on the wrong setting. Our technician will run through everything at your Pickerington home to find the underlying cause.
Ductwork, airflow balance, or a system that isn't sized correctly for a two-story home are the most common causes of uneven cooling. Some Pickerington homes need zoning to even things out. We can run a diagnostic and tell you what the fix actually is.
Replacing both together costs less than two separate installs and gives you a properly matched system, but the answer depends on the age of each unit. A furnace more than 10 years old paired with an AC that's on its way out is usually the clearest case for doing both at once. We'll lay out the math for your specific home in the Pickerington area.
Cooling costs in Pickerington can climb for several reasons: an aging system losing efficiency, low refrigerant, leaky ductwork, or a thermostat that isn't controlling correctly. Our technician looks at the whole picture before recommending any services.
